Rengy Development

Rengy Development group of companies was established in 2009 with the purpose to invest in and develop renewable energy projects. At present the Company operates in Ukraine and Armenia concentrating primarily on solar and wind energy. We are also researching the hydro energy potential in several markets with the objective to enter this segment in 2013.

Our management team has vast experience in engineering and finance, which, combined with the hands-on renewable energy development experience of our strategic partners, provides us with the necessary capacity and motivation to deliver high quality projects from inception stage to maturity.

Our current development pipeline consists of several projects with combined capacity of 50 MWp for solar and 100 MWp for wind, with a total investment value of approximately 200 million euros.

The Company invests both its own equity, as well as closely cooperates with international financial institutions, to date having signed 2 loan agreements with EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) for a total amount of 11 million euros.
