ENEMO Kharkiv 

ENEMO (European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations) is a group of 20 civic organizations from seventeen countries of the Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia, including three European Union countries. These nonpartisan organizations are the leading domestic election monitoring groups in their countries.
